El Portal recently kicked off Mexican Heritage month with a grand celebration.
The colorful and culturally-rich occasion hosted many special guests including Pasadena Police Foundation president Robert Monzon; past Tournament of Roses President Laura Farber, who spoke at the event; and Mayor Victor Gordo, who tended the bar and made margaritas for attendees.
