The Altadena Town and Country Club was packed to the gills for the 24th annual Local Heroes Celebration luncheon and presentation, hosted by the Pasadena Community Foundation on Nov. 9.The luncheon welcomed almost 200 representatives from educational institutions, social organizations and nonprofits from all over the greater Pasadena area to celebrate received grants and the work everyone had achieved — and will achieve — for their communities. Priscilla Gamb provided opening remarks with PCF’s President/CEO Jennifer DeVoll offering closing remarks at the luncheon.
