At a hilltop backyard party overlooking San Marino, Cancer Support Community recently announced its “Be the Key” campaign to the organization’s key community members and donors.
More than 50 guests congregated for drinks and hors d’oeuvres to hear the news delivered by the organization’s Executive Director Patricia Ostiller. “After 32 years of providing support, education and hope to families facing cancer — in three different leased facilities — Cancer Support Community is thrilled to announce that it is purchasing a building in Sierra Madre,” Ostiller said. “Anyone facing cancer will now be assured that we’re here for them not only today but also tomorrow.”
Additional supporting remarks were given by Ellen Knell.
