Shopping Small Starts in Old Pasadena

This holiday, come enjoy the season in Old Pasadena where the snowflakes shimmer down and our community spirit shines bright. While a variety of national retailers call Colorado Boulevard home, the nearby side streets and alleys are the place to find the independent spirit of Old Pasadena.
With nearly 200 independent businesses in 22 historic blocks, it is easy to support your community and enjoy one-stop shopping and a variety of dining options. You can find gifts, unique home decor, aromatic bath and body items, trendy clothing and craft beer and wine. Take advantage of the 90-minute free parking and convenient 20-minute pick-up zones.
On Small Business Saturday, Nov. 27, Old Pasadena joins the City of Pasadena and Visit Pasadena with the From Pasadena, With Love campaign to spotlight the city’s independent businesses and encourage local shopping and dining.
The event features three Welcome Stations where visitors will have a chance to win Pasadena-branded swag and experiential gifts, including custom enamel pins, totes, museum and Rose Parade tickets, and hotel stays.
When you head to Old Pasadena to support shops and restaurants, start your day at one of the Welcome Stations: Homage (100 N. Fair Oaks Ave.), Lather (17 E. Colorado Blvd.) and Neon Retro Arcade (28 S. Raymond Ave.). Many small businesses will offer promotions, giveaways, and just the warm satisfaction of shopping and dining small.
