High Point Academy recently hosted an International Day for students in an effort to highlight the various cultural backgrounds of the school community as well as guide students in an appreciation of the global community. Incorporated into the event was a study of folk tales and fairy tales, which are told among various cultures. Students sang during assembly and enjoyed an international lunch organized by the parents.
