The Hillsides Guild, a support group of the foster care charity Hillsides, recently hosted a holiday celebration at the Parkway Grill in Pasadena. Some 150 guests enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, dinner and a performance by the Citrus Singers of Citrus College in the holiday-adorned restaurant. The dinner was co-chaired by Guild members Donna De Mond and Patty McAllister. Hillsides President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Costa welcomed the crowd, and the Rev. John Taylor, the new Bishop Diocesan of the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, gave the blessing for the evening.
