The Pasadena Southwest Little League 9-11 All-Star baseball team took on San Marino Little League in a double-elimination championship at Allendale Park last weekend. The local squad had edged SMNLL, 5-3, in semifinals but was denied a District 17 title after dropping two consecutive games against San Marino last Friday and Saturday. PSWLL finished the tournament with a 2-2 record, which included a victory over Santa Anita Little League.
