FSHA Graduates 87 Young Women

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy’s graduation ceremony took place recently at the school, where guests gathered to celebrate the class of 2019, consisting of 87 young women. The graduates wore long white gowns and gloves and carried bouquets of red roses, in keeping with school tradition. Before receiving their diplomas, they listened to uplifting speeches by valedictorian Charlotte Collins, salutatorian Grace Lawlor and Sister Teresa Maya, commencement speaker. After the diploma presentation, the graduates sang the alma mater and, during the final notes, tossed rose petals into the air — another beloved FSHA tradition.
