Mayfield boys’ “B” basketball team concluded the season with a thrilling 21-19 victory over Flintridge Prep to secure a perfect 6-0 record.
A 4-1 Independent League win over High Point Academy was the season’s highlight for Mayfield girls’ “A” soccer team. Eighth-grader Danika Vargas contributed a hat trick, and 7th-grader Avery Windass followed with her own goal.
