An estimated 5,000 visitors attended the Colorado Street Bridge Party hosted by Pasadena Heritage on Saturday night. Live music and dancing at three stages, free children’s activities and performances, festive food and beverages, and a racecar display were among the attractions at the iconic span as well as in Defenders Park.
Pasadena Heritage is a nonprofit working to preserve and protect the city’s legacy of architecture, community character and cultural history. Last weekend’s event is one of the ways in which the group celebrates protecting the Colorado Street Bridge, Old Pasadena, City Hall, the Rose Bowl and many other historic buildings, sites and neighborhoods.
