160 Lancers Graduate at La Salle’s 60th Commencement

La Salle College Preparatory graduated 160 seniors at its 60th commencement last Friday Ninety-nine percent of the class will attend colleges or universities. Students attending four-year universities (85% of the class) will be spread over 15 states, the District of Columbia and Ireland. Commencement exercises took place at the First Church of the Nazarene, next door to the school. Tristan Huo, summa cum laude, gave the welcome address and Robin Cadd, summa cum laude, was chosen by the Faculty Commencement Committee for the honor of delivering the commencement address. She will attend UCLA in September and Huo will attend the University of Notre Dame in the fall. Huo also received the Merit Award for science and the De La Salle Service award.
