Envision to Redesign Nonprofit Workplace Report

First published in the Dec. 16 print issue of the Pasadena Outlook.

Envision Consulting recently partnered with the Center for Nonprofit Management to redesign the bi-annual Compensation and Benefits Report for Southern California.
Through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion, the new report will serve as the premier guide for innovating benefits and workplace practices that attract, retain and invest in the people who fuel social impact.
Envision Consulting is passionate about charity and inspired by the power of nonprofits.
That’s why co-founders Allison Fuller and Matt Kamin made it their mission to start a Pasadena-based search and strategy firm (which now also has an office in New York City), tailored specifically to the nonprofit sector, to strengthen leaders and organizations that serve and improve our communities.
More than 1,000 clients later, including a number of nonprofits in Pasadena, what continues to make the Envision team unique is that its consultants have served in nonprofit leadership roles themselves, from executive director to board president. With every staff member bringing both paid and volunteer nonprofit experience to the table, Envision brings its subject-matter expertise to engagements ranging from executive search to strategic planning to merger exploration.
The experts at Envision know first-hand how much drive, creativity, patience and planning it takes for nonprofits to make a difference in the lives of the people they serve.
Envision believes that “together, we make doing good, better.”
