Lake Avenue Church recently held its annual Chili Cook-Off and Car Show. The cook-off competition was spicy, but friendly, with attendees voting for their favorite concoctions. Participants also enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers while checking out classic and antique cars. A live band kept guests entertained. Chili judges were Peter Dills, Lance Ito and Robin Salzer.
