Ken and Freddi Hill are being honored by the L.A. County Arboretum at a fundraiser on Sunday, Oct. 7.

The L.A. County Arboretum will salute local residents Ken and Freddi Hill for their dedicated leadership, inspired support and committed service on Sunday evening, Oct. 7, at the Arboretum. A cocktail reception begins at 5 p.m.; dinner is at 6:30 p.m.
Ken Hill, a past president of the Arboretum Foundation Board, shares a deep love of music and gardens with wife Freddi Hill. Together they helped the Arboretum forge an expanded partnership with Los Angeles County, invigorated a summer concert series with the addition of the Pasadena Pops, and galvanized a new community of support for the Arboretum.
“For over a decade, Ken and Freddi have been at the center of positive change at the Arboretum,” said Arboretum CEO Richard Schulhof. “We are delighted to honor the Hills for their inspired leadership and support.”
All are welcome for this celebratory evening under the stars in the Arboretum gardens. The fundraiser will feature elegant cuisine, specialty cocktails, craft beer and wine, and a live performance by a Pasadena Pops ensemble featuring conductor Larry Blank.
Proceeds from “A Night to Honor Ken & Freddi Hill” will help expand the gardens and educational programming. Tickets are $250 per person. Sponsors include Kathleen Ellison, Bob Willett, Offsite IT, Richard Schulhof and Sandy Goodenough, Ken and Freddi Hill, and Outlook Newspapers.
For ticket information, sponsor opportunities, or to reserve a seat, call Brittany Fabeck at (626) 821-3237 or email brittany.fabeck@arboretum.org.
