South Pasadena Middle School students recently waited excitedly as volunteers opened the school’s gates to enter the “Under the Sea” dance, which was organized by the Associated Student Body. ASB members displayed their camaraderie by wearing bright orange T-shirts as they volunteered at this spring event. The campus quad offered a variety of games, the DJ played all the newest hits, food trucks provided refreshments and a special showing of “The Little Mermaid” was screened in the cafeteria for students wanting a break from the other festivities. Many attendees captured fun-filled memories from the dance through photos that will last a lifetime.
