The Pasadena City College Foundation recently invited the community to its Hometown Legends series event at the University Club, with Dr. Robert Kloner speaking on the connection between the brain and the heart and why it matters.
Kloner is the chief science officer, director of cardiovascular research and vice president of translation at Huntington Medical Institutes.
He also serves as a professor of medicine at Keck School of Medicine at University of Southern California and has made major contributions to the understanding and treatment of heart disease.
