More than 100 participants recently enjoyed a luncheon hosted by the Pasadena Educational Foundation at the Altadena Town and Country Club in celebration of the Principal for a Day program.
Before the luncheon, each PUSD principal spent the morning at their respective school sites with a member of the community who was their “Principal for the Day.”
It is the hope of the foundation that their experience will “broaden the understanding of the complexities of public-school leadership and provide examples of the many wonderful things happening in our community’s schools.”
The program also is an opportunity to deepen the relationship between Pasadena public schools and the corporate and civic leaders of the community.
