Cancer Support Community Hosts Poker Bowl

The Cancer Support Community recently held its 2022 Poker Bowl at the Flying A Garage in Pasadena. The event was held in-person for the first time since 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
The casual evening featured a dinner and drinks, an impressive garage with beautiful vintage vehicles. After dinner, the poker tournament began along with raffle drawings.
Cancer Support Community supporters included the founding benefactors Ellen and Harvey Knell, in addition to Karen and Tom Capehart, Terri and Jerry Kohl, Lee and Mickey Segal, and the Oak Tree Racing Association.
Patrons of the event included Melissa Alcorn of DFA Family Holdings, Karen and Frank Beardsley, Terry Beyer, Bonnie and John DeWitt, the Havner Family Foundation, LeAnn and Michael Healy, Vicki Laidig, Gloria Podres and George Mack, Serge Melkizian, Chris Mitchell, Dana and Mike Naples, Julie and Scott Nesbit, Sue and Steve Ralph, San Marino Motor Classic, Sue and Steve Silk, Susie and Brad Talt, and the Valenta family.
