Politicians Join Foothill Family for Ribbon Cutting

Foothill Family held an open house celebration for their new Family Center in Pasadena which will support clients in the Pasadena areas as well as the larger community.
Previously Madre’s Restaurant, Foothill Family renovated the building to include individual and family therapy rooms, group meeting room as well as offices and open spaces.
The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, Foothill Family board members, community partners, leaders, community members, volunteers and Foothill Family staff came together for a ribbon cutting. Supervisor Kathryn Barger, along with Mayor Victor Gordo, Foothill Family CEO Steve Allen and Pasadena Family Center Clinical Director Sheila Thornton gathered to cut the ribbon, while guests were then treated to tours of the facility, entertainment and refreshments.
The Pasadena Family Center focus on mental health services, general counseling and parenting education, child abuse prevention and treatment programs and domestic violence treatment programs.
