The fragrance of blooming wisteria filled the air in Maranatha High School’s Fowler Garden, which was the site of the school’s annual benefit, called “Ignite the Spark.”
Head of School John Rouse welcomed the 173 attendees, who came out to support the school and enjoy the newly acquired space.
Guests were also offered a taste of what’s to come with artists’ renderings of the proposed renovations to the garden, which will serve as a picturesque special-event venue.
“This year’s annual benefit was a great success for Maranatha High School,” said Geoff Hurte, director of the school’s advancement and communications. “Our guests enjoyed a beautiful dinner and auction in the school’s new Fowler Garden and raised money to help fund the renovation of the garden.”
