Sylvia V. Baca, Elizabeth Baskerville and Jim Siegrist were recently elected to serve on the board of directors of Pasadena Humane.
Baca joined the board after spending her professional career in federal, state and city government as well as several years in the private sector. She also serves on the board of Defenders of Wildlife, based in Washington, D.C.
Baskerville is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science (CDU). Located in the Willowbrook area, CDU focuses on addressing health and education disparities in underserved communities.
Siegrist is the chief operating officer for Foothill Family and an adjunct professor at the University
of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, where he teaches financial management of nonprofit organizations in the Master of Nonprofit Management and Leadership program.
