The Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors held its 112th annual Inaugural & Awards Luncheon at the Westin Pasadena on Dec. 14. Lisa Diaz has been installed as PFAR’s new president, taking over for Emilie Broughton. The organization’s top award-winners included Matt McIntyre, Realtor of the Year; Ted Amorosi, Affiliate of the Year; Leslie Cross, Humanitarian of the Year; Mike Perry, Lifetime Affiliate Achievement; Mary Brehm, Lifetime Realtor Achievement; Margaret Sedenquist, Distinguished Service Award; and Erik Okland, President’s Award.
