Arroyo Chop House was packed with invited guests who enjoyed a chilled seafood bar, cocktails and a sit-down dinner as they recently marked the restaurant’s 21st anniversary with the owners. Brothers Gregg and Bob Smith opened the award-winning restaurant in 1997, 13 years after they opened Parkway Grill.
