Friends In Deed, a Pasadena-based organization dedicated to meeting the needs of Pasadena’s homeless and at-risk individuals, will hold its inaugural golf tournament on Monday, May 7, at Glendora County Club.
The event will include lunch, dinner, on-course beverages, tee prizes, a chance to win a 2018 Lexus and golf trip to Pebble Beach. There will be silent and live auctions and an opportunity drawing.
Friends in Deed is an interfaith organization that provides supportive services to meet basic human needs, so local homeless and at-risk individuals (including women and children) can rebuild their lives. The 124-year-old organization was founded in 1894.
Individual golfer registration is $225. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. For further information, contact event chair Pat Wickhem at (626) 416-8824. To register, visit fidgolfclassic.com.
