The Pasadena City College Foundation held its Summer Reception hosted by Bill and Brenda Galloway at the historic Freeman Home on June 22. Jim Sarni was recently re-elected for his second term as Foundation president and attendees welcomed new board members Diane Rankin, Chuck Stanislawski and R.C. Schrader to the board.
The PCC Foundation provides more than $750,000 per year in scholarships to PCC students and raises funds for the college’s Promise Program, which allows students who graduated from high schools in the college’s district to attend PCC tuition-free for one year beginning in the fall.
